Return period
You can return your order within 30 days. The 30 days start on the day after you receive your order.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, in all countries.
How to return
- Register your return via our returns portal: eleganci.returnless.com
- Pack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging, and include your order number.
- Send the parcel to our return address. You can buy a return label via the portal or use a carrier of your choice. For returns from the United Kingdom, please buy your own return label.

Condition of the item
You may unpack and inspect the bag as you would in a shop. If the bag has visibly been used, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Refund
We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return notification. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back. Return shipping costs are not refunded. We refund via the payment method you used.
Responsibility for the return
You are responsible for the return parcel until it arrives at Eleganci. Please keep your proof of shipment.
Faulty or wrong item?
Please email us first at info@eleganci.nl with your order number and a photo. We will help you right away.

You may use this form, but it is not mandatory. Copy it into an email to info@eleganci.nl.
